How to play

Correct answers advance automatically. A wrong answer stays for you to correct. The clock continues, even in another tab.

Keyboard and full round rules

Choose Start round and wait for the three-second countdown. Type in the answer field; you do not need Enter to submit. Correct the answer in the same input when a question stays on screen.

Settings are available before or after a round and changes apply to your next round. Review how many questions you solved after the round, then repeat or choose focused practice.

Use Finish round to end early. Early finishes and drills stay outside classic comparisons. The score counts correctly solved questions; intermediate wrong entries are not recorded as an accuracy metric.

Default ranges and inverse questions

Defaults are 120 seconds with all four operations. Addition uses addends from 2–100 and 2–100; multiplication uses factors from 2–12 and 2–100.

Subtraction reverses addition: 47 + 29 = 76 can become 76 − 47 = 29. Division reverses multiplication: 7 × 24 = 168 can become 168 ÷ 7 = 24. The displayed sum or product may exceed a configured range; answers are whole numbers.

Scores and matching rounds

Use several of your own completed mixed rounds with the same duration, operations and ranges as a baseline. Duration, number ranges, operation mix and typing affect the score. This game does not establish a hiring cutoff or a standardized ability score.

Observed solve times include thinking and typing; a slower operation is a practice clue, not a verdict. Read the score and solve-time definitions.

How do I keep or restore my history?

A modern browser with JavaScript and IndexedDB support is needed to play and save history. Download or restore a JSON backup in Stats: Your data; it includes both games and their settings. History does not automatically sync between devices, and clearing browser storage can remove your history. There are no accounts or ads.
